ALGHAF HRC, the Cultural Consultants, is a UAE based Human Resource Consultancy and Book Publisher and Distributor. The company was founded in 2007 by UAE national writers and entrepreneur, Wael Al-Sayegh.

Our efforts as a cross cultural consultancy is in alignment with the Social Development Guiding Principles of the 2015 Dubai Strategic Plan set out by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai, Prime Minister and Vice President of the UAE. The guidelines that fall directly under our scope include:

Our company logo is the GHAF tree, regarded by many to be the National Tree of the UAE. The Ghaf tree is famous for its generous nature to both the environment and wild life. We see it to be the perfect symbol for our company.
