TESTIMONIALS
Wael belongs to this category of speakers who will captivate an audience by just being themselves. Very litterate, with a deep understanding of all major civilizations, he will communicate the essence of the Arabic culture in a very open-minded and interactive way. A must for anyone who happens to deal with the Middle East at a professional or private level." Patrick THIRIET, CEO - Societe Generale Bank & Trust (Middle East)
At General Motors, we celebrate diversity as a corporate strength, a competitive advantage -- and I would also add, a moral responsibility. It's about respect which is demonstrated when we take the time and responsibility to learn about cultures other than our own and demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity. At GM, we also recognize that developing organizations that embrace diversity globally is hard work that has to be done on purpose as it will not happen by default, The cultural workshops conducted by Wael provide an opportunity for our employees to learn about this culture but more importantly, a forum to ask questions and seek understanding about the culture in which they are now living and working." Jody Gleason. HR Manager GM Middle East Operations
Denton Wilde Sapte has had the pleasure in holding a number of cultural workshops presented by Wael Al-Sayegh of ALGHAF Culture Workshop over the past couple of years. The general consensus after each course has been that it was an overwhelming success. Many of our staff are new comers to Dubai and they have found the course to be extremely educating in all aspects relating to the UAE's culture, history, beliefs and ways in which to conduct business in the UAE and region. The course has always been presented in a passionate and informative manner, grabbing the attention of the listeners immediately. I personally believe this course is an invaluable experience for any new comer to Dubai. Denton Wilde Sapt
