ALGHAF HRC is a human resources consulting firm registered with the Dubai Economic Department. We are an authorised book publisher and distributor in the UAE and strategic partners with Sharjah-based KnowledgeWorkx Ltd, a global leader in the field of Inter-Cultural Intelligence (ICI).
ALGHAF HRC was founded in 2008 by Edinburgh-born UAE national Wael Al-Sayegh and is a member of the Mohamed Bin Rashid SME Development program.

To be a global leader in the promotion and development of Inter-Cultural Education, as well as a contributor to its research and development, and promoter of its application in today's modern business world.
What We Do
We specialise in developing Inter-Cultural Learners: people who embrace cultural differences as an opportunity for personal growth and learning. We promote Emotional Intelligence (E.I.) and Inter-Cultural Intelligence (ICI) in the workplace in the Arab world and beyond and are supportive of others who wish to promote the same concepts within their own organisations. ALGHAF HRC also supports academic instructors in incorporating E.I. and ICI into their faculty development programs and curricula.
How We Do it
We provide training, coaching and consultation in the fields of Emotional Intelligence & Inter Cultural Intelligence. We share tried-and-tested tools that can be applied in various practical ways to better an organisation's working culture. We conduct research in the field of ICI and its application in today's global working environment. We also play a role in publishing and distributing books on these supjects. We also promote accreditations and certification courses run by KnowledgeWorkx which empowers others to begin their own inter-cultural journey.
